About Us

The Centre for Sophisticated Instrumentation and Research Laboratory (CSIRL) is a central laboratory facility of Jashore University of Science and Technology (JUST) with state-of-the-art sophisticated analytical instruments. The CSIRL is established for the students, research scholars, and teachers of the university and industries who are actively engaged in R&D activities in the emerging areas of science, technology & engineering.

Mission Statement

CSIRL aims for optimum utilization of the instrumentation facility with quality assurance of the analytical and research outcome.

Objectives

To carry out the analysis of samples received from researchers working in various educational and research institutions, industries, labs etc.
To strengthen the facility with state-of-the-art advanced research instruments making it a model hub for scientific research in this region.
Maintenance and upgrading of instruments in the facility as well as those at various centres in the university.
To organize short-term courses/workshops on the use and application of various spectroscopic and analytical techniques for students, teachers and technical personnel from our University, affiliated institutions, universities and industries in the region.
